The Main Contractor is responsible to rehabilitate the internal and external finishing works, Façade, Interior movable and fit-out furniture in addition to the all mechanical and electrical works 1st fixed , 2nd fixed and 3rd fixed .the scope of work including also, the landscaping works , Roads and external finishing.
The Contract Type is a Lump Sum Contract.

The overall Saraya Aqaba Project site covers an area of approximately 615,000 square meters; With a Built up Area of approximately 487,000 sqm, offering an additional beachfront to Aqaba of 1.5 km. The development consists of four five-star hotels (approximately 1100 keys), a mix of fully furnished
residential units, shopping district, water front restaurants, beach club, office space, conference
Center, amphitheater, sports complex, park and state-of-the-art entertainment facilities. The
residential units comprise of Grand Villas, Villas, Grand Townhouses, Townhouses, Duplexes, Lofts and Apartments.
The project site is located Aqaba with a total area of approximately 25,000 m2.
