Project Description:
The Five -Star Hotel, Consists of 200 rooms of typical guest, junior, executive, royal, and presidential suites, are spread over 6 floors building with an average area of 3,500 m² / floor. A Moroccan restaurant with an approximate area of 1,200 m² of indoor and outdoor seating is connected to the hotel's main building. External landscaping area of 5,500 m² External walkway area of approximately 2,200 m² One big swimming pool with an area of 325m² and a small (kids) pool with an area of 81m².
