Scope of Al-Fadel `s civil work :
- Structural Design was under al fadel responsibility :All structural designs and studies required for the sites.
- The execution of all concrete works required for the sites including: Foundations, column necks, boundary walls, slabs on grade, roof
- Slabs, ground beams and shelter foundations ) .
- Supply and Installing of (60m,45m,30m,20m) Greenfield towers including mounts and lightning rods.
- Supply and Installing of (12m,8m,6m) roof top towers including mounts and lightning rods.
- Supply and Installing of UHF and MW poles at roof tops.
- Supply and Installing of Pre-cast shelters at Greenfield sites.
- Supply and Installing of Prefab shelters at Greenfield and roof top sites.
- Rearrangement of roof top sites to accommodate for the lay out of the cell site, such as relocation of water tanks, building block walls, remedy works for the existing structures.
Al Fadel`s Electrical Scope of Work:
- Supply and Installing electrical distribution boards .
- Supply and Installing all accessories such as Florescent lamps , Timer , External Motion
- Detector,
- External Reflector, Emergency lights , Main cable from commercial meter to the shelter , electrical conduits and wiring
- Supply and Installing of complete grounding system such as stranded Copper Wire with Green
- insulation for Halo ground, stranded copper wire with green
- insulation for equipment and poles , Pure Copper external and internal Bus Bars , tinned Copper
- grounding cable for external grounding , copper Clad ground Rods, Grounding Pit.
- Supply and Installing of complete alarms systems including fire alarm, door alarm, temperature alarm.
- obstruction lights alarm, phase failure alarm, rectifier failure alarm, surge alarm and A/C alarm.
- Electrical Testing & Commissioning.
Al Fadel`s Mechanical Scope of work :
- Supply and install split A/C units with control box.
- Supply and installing 2.25TR and 4.5TR self-contained A/C units.
- Supply and installing Ionized Smoke Detectors , Optical Smoke Detectors and Automatic Fire Alarm Panel.
